Bad Event TimePoint when switching to winter/summer time #18

When setting a time point before the switching time for a time point after the switching time, we have a 1 hour error :

2015/10/22 08:21:01 : VELUX ouvert 2015/10/22 18:42:02 : VELUX ferme 2015/10/23 08:23:01 : VELUX ouvert 2015/10/23 18:40:04 : VELUX ferme 2015/10/24 08:25:01 : VELUX ouvert 2015/10/24 18:38:03 : VELUX ferme ==> Time will switch from summer to winter at 03:00 2015/10/25 06:26:00 : VELUX ouvert ==> Must be 07:26 (as next days) 2015/10/25 17:36:01 : VELUX ferme 2015/10/26 07:28:00 : VELUX ouvert 2015/10/26 17:34:02 : VELUX ferme 2015/10/27 07:30:01 : VELUX ouvert 2015/10/27 17:33:03 : VELUX ferme
