[2.4.0-beta.4] [Darwin] smsDialer #701

Please upgrade smsDialer package.json to enable mac platform.

The plugin and deps are built for this platform, but the plugin wont start because "supprtedPlatform" contains "mac: none"

As it is an unix-neer-like platform, it should work

Fixed by c84e916648f3659282aed61b02c81855db84fcdb
