hotfix for mojito tests & update docs #95

  1. remove legacy Y.Get script.
  2. resolve relative local page in case load local page error.
  3. update YUI sandbox doc.
  4. if configured YUI version is different from npm pkg ,will load yui core from CDN.

all tests for mojito tests passed.
