improvement over PR#23 #24

This PR is to improve the one in https://github.com/yahoo/express-secure-handlebars/pull/23

Since this PR depends on https://github.com/yahoo/secure-handlebars/pull/134, before it is merged, test case is expected to fail.

we should regard this feature as experimental, should enable this feature through configuration and set it as disable by default first.
