As a User, I can view the comments on a post so that I can read other users' opinions and discussions about the content.
Acceptance criteria 1: The comments section is displayed below each post.
Acceptance criteria 2: Each comment shows the author's name, the comment text, and the date it was posted.
Acceptance criteria 3: The comments are listed in chronological order, with the newest comments appearing at the bottom.
