a11y - Focus not moved to new verification window #242

Latest fully-patched Windows 7 with latest fully-patched JAWS.

When I action the check box a new verification window with multiple images pops 
up but focus is not moved there so additional navigation starts reading the 
privacy and terms links rather than the challenge UI.
