Crashes on startup #107

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run Procurement
2. Login
3. Crashes on last (13th) page of my stash

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see the error in the attached debug log.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.0 Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

Update : It actually crashes on the loading of the IMAGE of the last stash 
page.

This is due to a bug with buyouts, which we have fixed for the next version, if 
you clear your buyout section of your settings file it should fix the issue.

I cleared the buyout section and it still crashed. I copied a new version of 
settings from the zip file and then it still crashed. I ended up deleting the 
whole folder and copied a brand new version of the full program from a new 
download and everything works fine now. P.s. this program is awesome :)
