Make the Trading/Forum Export tab non-editable #130

I keep trying to edit, or paste into the Forum Export tab.

It should not be editable at all, since changes will be overwritten.

The forum export tab is editable so that you can make once off formatting 
changes if need be. 

If you need to make permanent changes, update the forum template.
