Error logging into Procurement #139

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Opening the program.
2. Hitting login.
3. Error then pops up.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There was an unhandled error message box!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.0, Windows 7 x64

Solved by moving Procurement into C:/Procurement.
