Can't login #153

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Hit login on Procurement
2. Program goes through usual steps and gets to "Loading Image for Highlights" 
(a stash tab I have)
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to login

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.1.1

Have you changed anything in the settings file recently, the error is related 
to the settings file.
