Currency ratios becoming reciprocals every close/launch #158

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set values in the currency calculator, either in settings.xml or in the
program (mine was done in offline mode for speed in reproducing error, not
certain about online mode. Verification was done through steam initially.)
2. close procurement and reopen, logging in with offline mode
3. Note that all currency values in the breakdown have become reciprocals of
what they should be. (eg. 1 divine previously listed as 8 chaos is now listed
as .125 chaos, one alteration previously listed as .05 chaos is now 20 chaos)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect to see the currency rates remain constant at their set values.
Instead, every time the program is closed and reopened, the rates are inverted.
This happens repeatedly upon closing and reopening multiple times without
editing the values.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.1.1, on windows 8 (not 8.1) 64 bit.

Please provide any additional information below.

If you want to work around this yourself while waiting for the next release,
here's a patch.
