I've tride to refresh my client log ins on the website, game and procurement 
but nothing fixes this issue. I made sure not to alter my tab.

If you have a reward tab from a race season, you need to accept the reward in 
order to have Procurement function correctly.

I was hoping to transfer my item to a different league, but was forced to 
accept it in my current one in order to workaround this problem.

I was experiencing this problem in 1.1.1 as well. Now in 1.1.2 Procurement 
fails to load any stash contents passed my unaccepted race tabs. I think once 
it correctly gathered the first stash tab's contents. I'm not sure if that is 
how this issue crops up in 1.1.2 or if it is due to more unclaimed stash tabs 
but it seems to be related to this issue.

The x/y issue was due to an issue on GGG's side with race tabs.

Tabs not loading in 1.1.2 is due to a bug, which we've found, a new version 
will be released soon to fix this issue.
