Won't Run at ALL "CLR20r3" #192

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It to run. 
Program has stopped working. (Never worked)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2.0
Win7Pro x64bit

Please provide any additional information below.
Reinstalled .NET Frameworks
Moved it into (Everything else)E:\ and (Windows\Drivers Only on Here)C:\
My registry is edited so mostly account related values are changed to       
-paths on the E drive. But I don't see this being an issue.
.NET Framwords is on C

That error is specific to .NET not installing properly, please install .NET 4.5
