Unhandled error (on startup) #221

What version of Procurement are you using? On what operating system?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start up Procurement.
2. Login.
3. Crash!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Please provide any additional information below.

1.2.1 works perfectly fine. I used tags from the Settings.xml from that version 
in the new settings file, in case that's the issue.

FYI: I only just looked at the other issues; turns out this one is part of the 
stash tab crash issue which has previously been reported.

This has been fixed with Procurement 1.3.1, download at :
