Stash Tab Loading Problem? #224

What version of Procurement are you using? On what operating system?
1.3.0 + Windows 7 x64

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Copied settings from 1.2.1 settings.xml over to the 1.3.0 settings.xml
2. Opened Procurement
3. Crashed during loading

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to load procurement, instead it crashes.

Please provide any additional information below.
Settings worked in 1.2.1.  I attached the settings.xml I used and removed my 
account info.

Procurement 1.3.1 has been released, which fixes your issue. You can download
