Long read transcriptomics in Maize #9

This paper shows how much more information we can get out of long read transcriptomics and also mentions some ways to avoid biases in sequencing, for example, by pooling initial libraries by fragment size. They find that the majority of the transcripts they recovered are novel isoforms.
