Return focus to first field in box upon transcription #158

Right now the text cursor stays in the last box -- so for example "Actor" instead of "Character" -- when you hit the "Next Entry" button in a mass-transcribe scenario. This hinders transcription because folks must then tab up top the top again.

Solution: set focus to the #id of the topmost field.
