Retrigger map display on toggle between mobile and desktop views #261

The screen must be pretty wide to get it to show full site, not mobile site. If you contract width to show Mobile and then pull back out, does not return to full site.

@elihurubin Yes, unfortunately the multiselects in the search bar are sufficiently wide that we need to collapse to the smaller device view at ~1000px of width. We know that browser resizes require a page refresh, but to change this will require additional work in the future. (Mobile styles were a reach goal, and we truly snuck them in in the final hour!)
