View as guest shows equipment model requirements (but not visible to guests) #1778

Steps to replicate:

  1. Sign in as admin
  2. Set view mode to guest
  3. Visit equipment model page

Expected: No requirements section visible

Actual: There is a requirements section visible (but it is not visible when browsing unauthenticated)
