LDAP User Import Error #1800

Hi there!

I'm currently in the 'Development' Environment and am testing importing users using a CSV, with LDAP Configured to access an Active Directory Server.

When trying to import, i'm getting the following error. Could anyone shed any light? Many thanks for your help.

I should add that i'm very much a beginner with Ruby on Rails apps, so i might be missing something basic!
