Checkout/checkin procedures are used to keep track of individual pieces that are part of a single equipment item (e.g., spare batteries, carrying cases). Most items are easily identifiable but it would be good to allow admins to upload images for those tricky components (e.g. windscreen, boom pole).
Current workaround is including lengthy descriptions in each step (see Equipment Model # 92 in BMEC reservations)
