Once we've got party foul set up (#501) we should figure out how to integrate it with ServiceNow so that ITS is happy.

This is pending the completion of #501; moving to v4.1.

On second thought, this is so low priority that I don't think it will ever be worth doing, especially given how crappy ServiceNow is. Closing.
