On the page "Payforms" => "Approved" the view only shows a limited range.
But when you click the "print all payforms" button that prints ALL of them even ones not in view currently. Perhaps this view should by default show all approved ever, since
that’s what it prints.
(Or maybe it should print according to the range - but that's not that useful and it's harder to program)
