Collect and itemize workflows from STC management #368

To create integration tests, we need to first understand what workflows there are: we need to collect and itemize them first, be it from our own experience or from our clients'. This is the issue to put them into.

The "How to Schedule Shifts" google doc that was shared with the team has example workflows from Derek; it's currently not shared with the public so I haven't pasted a link to it here, but it should be in your inboxes.

Most admin workflows are collected; we'll seek further ones on a case-by-case basis. Closing.
