Fixes #446

Completely rewrote make_future methods for TimeSlot and Shift
Making use of the activerecord-import gem
Check validations of recurring TimeSlot and Shift before saving to DB
Fixes RepeatingEvent#adjust_for_past_event
Added factories and Integration Tests for Shifts
Various improvements in views
