Allow exporting list as vCards #88

We should add a button that people can click to download vCard files of everyone matched by the current search/filters. This would make it easy to create an address book for your email account, and to easily keep track of your friends' birthdays, which Google Calendar will automatically detect and add to your calendar.

Looping in #279 ... would CSV be easier? (CSV can also be imported into Google Contacts)
