Commit Button Disappears From Changes Panel After Rebase #119

Describe the bug When editing commit message panel is open, click rebase, the green commit button sometimes disappears.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Have unstaged changes and remote is ahead
  2. Pull changes
