Entering JIRA Settings Causes Unhandled exception #78

Describe the bug When some fileds in JIRA settings are not filled out, an exception occur

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open a project, go to JIRA settings page
  2. Enable JIRA, fill out only the first field "url" and second field "username"
  3. Unfocus the window, exception occurs
