style(本科排版): 修改标题与位置

目录的格式设置有问题！！

\linespread{2} % 本科目录20磅行间距，2倍行间距

这个命令将会导致后面的所有内容的行间距都是2倍，你看一下模板里的\begin{spacing}{1.5}命令是怎么用的，这个能解决局部行间距的设置问题

同样，设置表格行间距的\renewcommand{\arraystretch}{1.3}命令也不能乱用，否则后面的所有表格的行间距都会过大，用完之后可以将\renewcommand{\arraystretch}{}的值设置成1，如\renewcommand{\arraystretch}{1}将表格行间距调回原样。 \begin{spacing}{1.5}

本科标题模板修改为左对齐顶格

同时对出现的目录、摘要与致谢同时变为左对齐进行居中处理
