file shows with not valid records #250

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create with notepad new txt file with follow content:
- qwertyuiop[
- dsfdsxgfbvcb
- !@#$%%^&^*()_(^^%
- 9999
- 99999
- мама мыла раму
2. save it
3. start listBoxer.exe
4. press "Open" in a "File" menu
5. in a new window change file type to "All files" and open beforehand saved 
txt file
ER: file doesnt open
RR: file open and shows with not valid records
ftp://xxi-mka/Testing_Screenshot/not valid records.bmp  
Remark: You may save open file in a LBX format

а где в требованиях написано что txt файлы не 
должны открываться?

Краткое описание проблемы указано в 
заголовке - проблема не в формате файла, а в 
открытии и последующем сохранении 
недопустимых символов и недопустимой 
длинны строки. Возвращаю статус на New
