gnomAD vvp non-existant + vcf gives segmentation error #12

Since there is no gnomAD vvp build anymore I tried to run the example build (which works in the example provided), it gives segmentation error in my own vcf file which I formatted as it is in the example. What should I do to fix this problem.

Are you able to share a small fragment of VCF file that recreates the segmentation fault that you are seeing?

okay I passed the error, I do know why I am not getting result. It is because 1kg background has chromosome 7. However I need chromosome 2. But the gnomAD chromosome 2 background is huge and my computer freezes when I use it.

Is there a possibility to solve it differently?
