I could not see any mention of this minidata in the publication. Can you please elaborate what this minidata constitute of. The number of cells are considerably lower than discussed in the paper. I am not sure if any biological information could be extracted from these few cells. Is there a way to get the fragment files of all samples consisting of all cells?
