Hi Yang, Thank you for this great tool! We are interested in organizing subcellular localization of tens of thousands of lncRNAs. But it seems that submitting to the web version of the tool doesn't work. Then I tried your GitHub package. But there doesn't seem to be an input portal to use the FASTA file directly. Any answers would be appreciated. Thanks a lot!
