Some schema URLs for modules have been generated incorrectly, sometimes before the modules were pushed to GitHub. These URLs now return a 404.
Modules already on GitHub need their URLs fixed, those that haven't been uploaded need to be uploaded now.
This change has to be synchronized with the URLs listed for dependencies and dependents of modules.
