This PR removes two workflow files: CompatHelper.ylm and DocCleanup.yml. The first one is a bot that helps with package versions. However, I found it is very problematic because it creates a lot of branches that fail CI (continuous integration). So I feel for now we can remove it until we explore better how to manage package versions. The second one is a workflow that I added at some point to clean old versions of the documentation as the docs get updated. It is also unnecessary and we can investigate a better way of doing that.
This PR doesn't have any interesting code to review but it's a good one to practice all the review process, were you (@biphy) can see how to approve it and merge it.
