assemble module of CIRCexplorer2 keeps on running for around a week, is it a sign of error? #41

I have a paired end data, i did tophat-fusion and tophat, annotation module also worked fined but i'm struck in assembly module, please kindly help me :)

Command: CIRCexplorer2 assemble -r /userdata/Dramaresh/ref_and_annotations/hg38/hg38_ref_all.txt -p 62 -m /userdata/Dramaresh/longnonpolyA/tophat -o /userdata/Dramaresh/longnonpolyA/assemble/SRR5048135 > CIRCexplorer2_assemble.log

CIRCexplorer2_assemble.log file is also null.
