If I only key in edit post 7 t/final, the title will be changed correctly to final. However, all the person in Already send to will be removed also.

downgrading severity. Accepted, due to the edit function implemented by one of our teammates on the day of the deadline so no time to do an integration test to find this bug, yes it is a bug but I think may not be Severity High because it will not affect other posts or clients and will not make whole list crash or clear, so I change to Severity Medium.
