adding image after location removes location url #52

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. new tweet
2. Add location
3. Add new picture

After adding a new image the location URL is removed from the message and
replaced by the image URL completely.

Update: This issue seems to be inconsistent. It works correctly the first 5
- 10 times. Then I start seeing the issue. After 5 more tweets the app
crashes completely. I'll keep investigating to try and find a pattern.

This issue was happening over and over this morning when I was first testing
the app.
Now I'm unable to recreate it. Maybe because my battery was low? kinda weird.

Here's a screenshot. Notice the progress bar gets stuck over the keyboard for a
few
seconds and the location is already gone.

After this happens if I press the cancel button it takes me back to the accounts
page, but it has the 'Home' title bar' w/ edit and reload buttons. Pressing
these
buttons crashed the app.

The first 20 or so images went through without issue. Unfortunately it didn't
last. I
starting seeing the same problem again. Restarting the app fixes it for awhile.

This issue happens consistently now. Here's a video and crash log.

video:

note in video after uploading the location url disappears. Also after going
back to
the account page I'm stuck with the home page title bar. Pressing the new tweet
button crashed the app. The crash log is attached.

During testing of the new 4/9 build I encountered this issue once out of 40
uploads.

I'm not longer able to crash the app by going back to the accounts page. I can
now
keep using the app without further issues.

This is back and happens every time I add a image. Jack has also seen the issue
on
his phone.

This issue not only deletes location URL, it deletes the entire message before
inserting the image.

working now. I will continue to monitor this issue as it has the reputation of
coming
back to life in newer builds.
