Add script for running on TAMU high performance computing clusters #61

Need generate results for detailed comparison between MPC and the latest tuned DRL. The DRL training need gpu to save computation time.

TAMU provides high performance computing, and needs scripting the job submission.

use branch issue61_jboScripting_HPC.
