1. vlc or other client when the video is playing, for some reason, the video
suddenly interrupted.Vlc or other client stopped, can not continue to play
video.
Is there a way to make the video continue to send to reconnect?
2.Use android videoview play rtsp video, the effect is not good. Is there a way
