[IMP] Refactoring links for Cloud DNS #209

Links in application/base/service are now defined with a tag instead of many2one to application like before.

This means that for a base, the target of a link named DNS can be either a bind container or a dummy libcloud cloud-dns container.

With this, libcloud dns shall be working. I wanted to test with free Cloudflare account but libcloud can't create zone there, only records, so if someone want to try feels free to test. Deploy a oneclick installation Delete bind service Create Cloud DNS service Link Cloud DNS service to domain and base and deploy them
