WebPart not showing up after install #73

Describe the bug The web part does not show up at all after install.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to AppCatalog
  2. Drop the sppkg and update over an old version
  3. Activate per site
  4. Not avaliable from the site I install it to

Expected behavior Should show up among webparts after install on a site collection. An old version worked, but after new install nothing shows up anymore where I had placed the webpart, and the new web part is not avaliable to put into sites.

Deleting and reinstalling fixed it
