disable csrf, #180 #185

the csrf is still working...i try to disable all things concerning csrf and see if it's ok. if i do something stupid don't blame me :-(

@YanshuoH OK after a little bit of test, i think i'd have just noticed that i should restart the service. But this commit is still necessary without that the forms crash.
