Adding tank type "T72" which have T72-like apperance, 1.5x speed and health

T72.png is added in assets/texture being the icon of T72. T72 has 1.5 times of speed and health as tiny tank. T72 uses coin.png as appearance of bullet, and explosion.png as appearance of explosion. Thank Jinchen Jiang for providing coin.png and explosion.png.
