Nexus 5 and Lollipop: Talkback goes into a loop while setting time or date in calendar or alarm clock #410

What steps will reproduce the problem?
With Talkback enabled:  Set a new appointment in the calendar or e new Alarm 
clock in the watch app.
Move along the circle for time or date setting

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect Talkback skipping to the next item (hour or Minute) while I'm 
moving my finger along the circle. But Talkback keeps on repeating one and the 
same item instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Nexus 5, Android 5.0 (Lollipop), Talkback Version 3.6.0
