It would be much better if synth switcher could be built in talkback, so we
could preconfigure it by what tts we want to use for surtain language, and than
just make the gesture and change the synth very quickly.

I like the idea of adding a TTS Settings shortcut to the Global Context Menu. I
also like Mario's suggestion of adding a language switcher. Another option is
to give users the ability to add a specific TTS to the GCM (e.g., Google TTS),
so that users can touch the item and go directly into the settings for that TTS.
We're all trying to propose ways of switching languages on the fly.

The originally requested feature is already present i.e. text to speech
settings can be found within the global context menu of Google Talkback.
Other ideas proposed as individual comments to this issue are not implemented
nor their status and / or estimate is known.
