Team did a good job of getting all issues done. There were a few patterns left to the class time but all patterns are now done with the exception of "Picker Upper Cards". Rob is still working on that one. There was some effort as to how to successfully merge branches although we understood the concept, putting it into practice took some time. Miriam needed a bit more help with my terminal setup and Aaron assisted me with that. Miriam aslo needed some input from Aaron and Rob about the svg insert. Otherwise, Aaron has set up the Sprint #4 and we are rolling along.

As a team, we worked very well, each of us finished, or mostly finished our parts of the sprint. I found as the Lead Developer, my biggest task was trying to troubleshoot the other's problems while not being able to sit next to them. I think for Sprint 4, the team should meet up and work together as a group for a few hours to make sure we complete this sprint before the start of the next class. I think it would help us in the long run.

Overall I think sprint 3 was very successful and the team collaborated by dividing up equal parts. in my opinion, the biggest challenge throughout the course of this project was organizational. It is tough to juggle branches, commits, and pull requests and can often lead to confusion. However, considering the obstacles we did our best and the outcome is very beautiful.

Moving forward I think it is important that we continue to work together and communicate effectively so nobody gets left behind.
