0 points 1 points 2 points 3 points
Good teamwork No participation Just a couple jokes, nothing else Some contribution to a few tasks, but could do more A full-fledged commitment to the very bitter end and stellar teamwork!
Ability to multitask Only thinking of yourself Takes on some tasks, but butchers them all Decent but should get a little more organized Amazing multitasker, total wizard!
Ability to fill many roles Only wants to shovel dirt Tries to do different things, but it looks really bad...good effort I guess Tries but really needs to determine what your strengths are Excellent ability to fill many roles, focusing on strengths and leaving weak areas to other's strong points
Good leadership Takes no responsibility and speaks negatively about others Participates but assumes no responsibility Tries to take on leadership, but power-tripping a bit...awkward Humble and kind, respectful and effective leadership
Meets goals What goals? Is always late...always Set goals but forgets about some at times Goal digger! Sets goals and exceeds them
Well produced wireframes Chicken scratches that nobody can read Some wireframes but they look bad, really bad Wireframes are there but the flow is missing a certain "je ne sais quoi"...meaning the flow does not work Good solid frames, easy to understand
Adherence to design best practices Total embarrassment, a disgrace to design Some design consideration but lacks attention to detail Good design but needs polishing Good, striking cohesive design
Ease of use What on earth is going on? A little confusing, not really intuitive, need to ask many questions Decent use, a few hiccups I didn't even realize what I was doing, it felt so natural
