Add an interesting way to smelt the fluxed electrum blend into fluxed electrum ingot

The smeltery recipe is easier by a mile, remember you can cast without the smeltery, so all you need is the blend, a tank with some lava, and a faucet.

This is partially complete. It can be made using the tinkers' smeltery, but I'd still like to add a fluid agitator recipe.
