Convert coal, charcoal and ash into diamond #330

This should be a fairly end game process. One suggestion:

8 flinted ash in a pressure chamber/compression chamber = 1 "carbon compound"

8 "carbon compound" and 8 HOP graphite in a pressure chamber/compression chamber = 1 "dense carbon compound"

8 "dense carbon compound" in a pressure chamber/compression chamber = 1 "rough industrial diamond"

1 "rough industrial diamond" in a fluid agitator with 1000mb sulfuric acid = 1 "polished industrial diamond"

1 "polished industrial diamond" in a melter or smeltery = 666mb of molten diamond

This can then be turned into a diamond dust using Nuclearcraft's crystalizer, which can then be smelted into diamonds. These are both recipes already.

This recipe would require 64 flinted ash, 64 HOP graphite ingots, and 1000mb sulfuric acid. It would also require the following machines: coke oven, some sort of crusher, compression chamber/pressure chamber, fluid agitator, melter/smeltery, crystalizer, furnace. I think that's complex enough.

I think it should be simpler, and that we should reduce the amount of spawned diamomd, then when you need a lot of diamonds you'll need to manufacture them. Maybe a ratio of like 1:3 (ore:manufacturerd)

I don't know if I can reduce diamond ore generation any farther. It's already at 1 ore vein per chunk. The CoFH config only accepts integers.

That does sound like a fun idea, though. I'll look into it.

It will also fit my idea of having different sources for minerals, it will be the equivalent of the rivergate just for diamonds konda thing
